Hoodia my doctor said does not work, as you have to diet with it, so the diet is what is working. One great exercise that works is walking the steps, if you live in a house, then walk down as normal, then turn and walk up the stairs at twice the speed as you did going down, but do not run. this will work the bum and thighs and your heart rate, check that your doctor says its ok, but i lost a lot of weight and girl friends i know dropped one & even two dress sizes. Start off with what you can, go for 10 if you can, and build up by 1 or 2 each day, when you get to 40 or 50 per day, you will see that you are fit, and the muscles have gone with the weight if you work a diet also. Not stop eating everything, but less and i bet it will work.
